Andrew studied theology at Ridley Hall, Cambridge, before serving his Curacy in Huddersfield. Previously he was a midwife in Leeds for 25 years. He enjoys walking, cycling, reading, cooking and real ales. Andrew is based at Gargrave.
Associate Priest: Reverend Sue McWhinney.
Sue was licensed at St Michael's on 14th June 2021, and is now the first point of contact for all matters relating to St Michael's and anyone in Malhamdale wishing to speak to a member of the clergy. Sue studied theology at Mirfield (St Hild), before serving her Curacy at Calverley, between Bradford and Leeds. In a former life Sue was a rural dispensing GP at Escrick, near York. She enjoys walking in the Dales, live music, and spending time with her husband and grown-up children. Sue lives in Kirkby Malham.
