This is a project initiated by the Bible Society which offers primary school children an opportunity to hear the major stories of the Bible. We regularly visit Kirkby Malham School to share the stories with the children.
We intend to take ‘Open the Book’ into Kirkby Malham Primary school on alternate Wednesday mornings (9-9.30) in the place of the Vicar’s assembly. This is a way of telling the stories of the bible from The Garden of Eden to Pentecost. The stories are scripted and read or enacted by a group of adults.
